Developed and managed the assessment and implementation phases for book of annual business. Facilitated access to capital, ecosystems, and capacity for mid-tier companies, foundations and NGOs. Introduced new SROI capabilities while advising portfolio IT companies, equipment manufacturers and NGOs on profitability strategies. Launched a new small business support agency – a matching grant fund to encourage the purchase of business development services – for the GOP’s Ministry of Finance and the Asian Development Bank, developing 4 offices from scratch, managing 30 staff and a budget of $7.5M. Product owner of a new voucher funding program. Re-launched failed division at Qatar’s new small business administration. Reengineered all processes and GTM strategies from the ground up.
